STAR TREK'S WALTER KOENIG "THINGS TO COME" SOARS TO AMAZON'S TOP 10 - AVAILABLE NOW DIGITALLY!

Walter Koenig's Things to Come

The massive success of Bluewater Productions' "Walter Koenig's Things to Come" on the Amazon charts has prompted the independent comic book company and their partner, Paperless Publishing, to rush out an eBook version, to meet demand.

"Paperless Publishing is once again proud to partner with Bluewater and to be able to expedite and crash eBooks in under a day," said Meagan Kilduff, Publisher of Paperless Publishing.

The press from Koenig’s recent induction to the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, combined with a shout out from fellow Star Trek alum George Takei to his millions of Facebook followers, skyrocketed the trade paperback up into the top 10 in Amazon’s Best Sellers in Books chart in one day. The book, based in a post-apocalyptic world in which vampires are the dominant species, remains number one on the Best Selling graphic novels chart. The book is drawn by Juan Baez.

"I'm very pleased to be on board with Bluewater. I anticipate an exciting professional relationship and the opportunity to tell stories with style and artistry," Koenig said.

Koenig's entertainment career has spanned more than five decades. Gaining fame as Pavel Chekov in the original Star Trek series, Koenig has appeared in more than 100 roles in television and movies including the recurring villain Alfred Bester on sci-fi favorite Babylon 5. He is also a respected screenwriter and stage director.

Digital versions of "Walter Koenig’s Things to Come" are immediately available for Kindle and Nook here. The print graphic novel will be released on October 20th, 2012 in bookstores.
